Belt and Graduation System International Dan College

Each federation has its own grading and belt system.

In the Budo area we have 10 student grades, 2 youth dan grades and 6 examination dan grades. In order to shorten the waiting times, the 7th and 8th dan can also be examined in front of an international dan college. 9th and 10th dan grades are awarded. The 11th Dan is awarded to living legends in a dignified setting. See regulations for prerequisites. The 11th and 12th Dan will be P.U. awarded by the Honorary Council and Council of Elders.

1st and 2nd Junior Dan Brown and black vertical striped belt with one or two red bars.

1st-10th Dangrad black belt with a red bar for each dangrad. Deviating from the 6th dan grade red and white blocked belt (also called railway barrier) can be worn. Two red bars are to be attached to the white end of the belt.

5th Dan - examination on an international course or in front of an examination committee with examiner of the MA license, the red-white blocked belt with a red bar can also be worn.

The 7th and 8th dan grade is a red and black blocked belt, each with a red bar on a black field.

Examined Dan bearers also wear an embroidered golden TK (Technical Commission) on their belt as a sign that an examination has taken place. 9th and 10th dan is also a black belt, but 5 cm wide.

In traditional Budo (Budokan Tokyo) there are no colorful belts. The International Dan College World awards the red belt in conjunction with honorary degrees. The belt is 5 cm wide. In traditional Aikido there are basically only black belts, with the 10th Dan only being awarded to the deceased. 11./12. There's no such thing here. See also Aikido info here.

Toddlers and the appropriate belts.

Clubs that have small children should introduce our child belt system from 5-8 years. Children also want to take a performance test, or rather the parents want this more than the children, they cannot complete a full program, but without colorful belts the training is no fun, mainly for the parents. There are 5 belt levels and the program can be set by the trainer himself. For more information, contact the youth leader assistant.

Certificate of Recognition

Certificates from Budosport associations that are members of the German Olympic Sports Confederation are transferred free of charge to the International Dan College Passport. A separate DIN A 4 certificate by e-mail – free of charge.

In the future, the examiner and the examiners will ensure compliance with the belt regulations. In the event of violations, the license will be revoked after prior hearing.

Gürtel- und Graduierungssystem Internationales Dan Kollegium

Jeder Verband hat sein eigenes Graduierungs- und Gürtelsystem.

Wir haben im Bereich Budo 10 Schülergrade, 2 Jugenddangrade, sowie 6 Prüfungsdangrade. Um die Wartezeiten zu verkürzen, können auch der 7. und 8. Dan vor einem Internationalem Dan Kollegium geprüft werden. 9. und 10. Dangrade werden verliehen. Der 11. Dan wird an lebende Legenden im würdigem Rahmen verliehen. Voraussetzung siehe Ordnung. Der 11. und 12. Dan werden P.U. durch den Ehren- und Ältestenrat verliehen.

1. und 2. Jugend-Dan braun-schwarz längsgestreifter Gürtel mit einem oder zwei roten Balken.

1.-10. Dangrad schwarzer Gürtel mit je Dangrad ein roter Balken. Abweichend kann ab dem 6. Dangrad rot-weiß geblockter Gürtel (auch Bahnschranke genannt) getragen werden. Am weißen Gürtelende sind zwei roten Balken anzubringen.

5. Dan – Prüfung auf einem Internationalem Lehrgang oder vor einer Prüfungskommission mit Prüfer der MA – Lizenz kann ebenfalls der rot-weiß geblockte Gürtel mit einem roten Balken getragen werden.

Der 7. und 8. Dangrad ist ein rot-schwarz geblockter Gürtel mit je einem roten Balken auf schwarzem Feld.

Geprüfte Danträger tragen zusätzlich ein gesticktes goldenes TK (Technische Kommission) als Zeichen, dass eine Prüfung statt ge- funden hat, auf dem Gürtel. 9. und 10. Dan ist ebenfalls ein schwarzer Gürtel, jedoch 5 cm breit.

Im traditionellen Budo (Budokan Tokyo) wird auf bunte Gürtel verzichtet. Das Internationales Dan Kollegium-Welt verleiht den roten Gürtel in Verbindung mit Ehrentitel. Der Gürtel ist 5 cm breit. Im traditionellen Aikido gibt es grundsätzlich nur schwarze Gürtel, wobei der 10. Dan nur an Verstorbene verliehen wird. 11./12. Dan gibt’s hier nicht. Siehe hier auch Aikido-Info.

Kleinkinder und die entsprechenden Gürtel.

Vereine, die Kleinkinder haben, sollten unser Kindergürtelsystem von 5-8 Jahren einführen. Kinder wollen auch eine Leistungsprüfung ablegen, besser gesagt die Eltern wollen dies mehr, wie die Kinder, ein volles Programm können sie nicht absolvieren aber ohne bunte Gürtel macht das Training kein Spaß, hauptsächlich für die Eltern nicht. Es gibt 5 Gürtelgrade und das Programm kann durch den Trainer selbst festgelegt werden. Nähere Infos hierzu bei der Jugendleiter-Assistentin.

Urkunden-Anerkennung

Urkunden von Budosportverbänden, die Mitglied im Deutschen Olympischen Sport Bund sind, werden im Internationales Dan Kollegium – Pass kostenfrei übertragen. Eine separate Urkunde Din A 4 per Mail – kostenfrei.

Der Prüfungsbeauftragte und die Prüfer achten künftig auf die Einhaltung der Gürtelordnung. Bei Verstößen wird nach vorheriger Anhörung die Lizenz entzogen.
